cBrain Omni Ghana Limited entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) to facilitate the digitalization of its operations. The MoU includes, but is not limited to, the terms for mutual cooperation between the ECG and private sector operators, cBrain Omni to implement the F2 solution following a successful Proof of Concept.
The ECG is the primary distributor of power to residential, commercial, and industrial customers nationwide. Additionally, the company procures power from both public and independent generators, constructs sub-transmission infrastructure, and oversees national electrification projects.
